Terms of service

By using TTS Maker (ttsmaker.in and our Telegram bot) you agree to these terms.

Using the service

• You may use TTS Maker for personal and commercial projects such as videos, podcasts, e-learning and announcements, subject to the terms of the voice provider you choose.
• You are responsible for the text you submit and must have the right to use it.
• Don't use TTS Maker to impersonate real people, deceive others, harass anyone, or create illegal content.
• Don't abuse the free tier with automated or bulk requests.

Credits and payments

• Premium voices use credits. Prices are shown before you generate.
• Credits are bought with Telegram Stars and have no cash value.
• Credits bought with a plan are valid for 30 days from the purchase date. Unused plan credits are removed when that period ends, unless you buy a plan again before then, in which case they roll over. Welcome and bonus credits do not expire. Plan credits are used before other credits.
• If a generation fails, the credits it used are refunded to your balance automatically.

Availability

We work to keep TTS Maker available but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Free limits and features may change.

Liability

TTS Maker is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service.
